2Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) be99o account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name and date of birth. You acknowledge that:

• Opening multiple accounts under the same or different names is strictly prohibited and will result in all linked accounts being permanently closed with any balances or winnings forfeited.

3Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your be99o account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. If closure is requested due to a responsible gaming concern, be99o can activate an immediate self-exclusion while any remaining balance is processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

6Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by be99o are subject to specific terms displayed at the point of offer activation. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms. The following general principles apply to all be99o bonuses:

8Player Protection Tools

• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from be99o for 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period your account remains open but deposits and wagering are disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from be99o. Self-exclusion requests are activated immediately. A minimum period of 30 days applies. During self-exclusion, any remaining balance is processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

10Liability Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, be99o's total liability to any player shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. be99o is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity disruptions, device failures, or third-party network outages that prevent or interrupt access to be99o during an active game or betting session.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from platform use or inability to use the platform, even if be99o has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• The outcome of any game or bet placed on be99o. All game results are determined by certified RNG systems operated by the relevant game studio. be99o does not control or influence game outcomes and accepts no liability for losses arising from natural game variance.

12Amendments to These Terms

be99o may revise these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect player rights, bonus conditions, or payment terms — be99o will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered players via the platform's notification system or by email. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If the matter cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the exclusive means of dispute resolution. Notwithstanding the foregoing, be99o reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
